Privacy Policy
HARFLER is developed by Ahmet Kamer Çivi. This policy explains the information used by the game, its advertising and purchase services, and this support website.
Your game progress
The game does not require an account. Run progress, settings and the time of the last ad are stored on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your saves or gameplay history. Device backups, if enabled, are handled by your operating system provider. Deleting the app may remove your local progress.
Advertising and choices
The free version uses Google AdMob for occasional full-screen ads after a run ends. The game requests non-personalized ads, does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), and disables Google's publisher first-party identifier. Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing.
Google's SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain its services. The game does not request precise location, contacts, photos or microphone access.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents a privacy choice before ads can load. You can revisit applicable choices in Settings → Store → Privacy choices. If consent or purchase status cannot be checked, the game does not show ads. A verified “Remove ads” purchase disables ad requests and display. Previously processed information remains subject to the provider's retention policies.

Purchases
On iOS, Apple processes the optional one-time “Remove ads” purchase. The game uses StoreKit to verify entitlement and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple maintains purchase records under its privacy policy. Restoring a purchase does not restore a deleted game save.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve the request, follow up and meet applicable obligations.
This static website has no analytics scripts, advertising or forms. Cloudflare hosts it and may process connection information such as IP addresses and security logs under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact ahmetkamerc@gmail.com for information we hold, including support correspondence. We cannot recover local saves that were not sent to us. For information held by Google or Apple, use their privacy controls or contact those providers. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
HARFLER is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will address the request and delete information where appropriate.
Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.

Reklamlar ve tercihlerin
Ücretsiz sürüm, oyun bittikten sonra ara sıra tam ekran reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. Oyun kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam ister; Apple reklam kimliğine (IDFA) erişim talep etmez ve Google'ın yayıncı birinci taraf kimliğini kapatır. Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar da veri işleme içerir.

Gereken yerlerde Google User Messaging Platform, reklamlar yüklenmeden önce gizlilik tercihini sorar. İlgili tercihlerini Ayarlar → Mağaza → Gizlilik tercihleri bölümünden tekrar açabilirsin. Onay veya satın alma durumu doğrulanamazsa reklam gösterilmez. Doğrulanmış “Reklamları kaldır” satın alması yeni reklam isteklerini ve gösterimini kapatır. Önceden işlenen bilgiler, hizmet sağlayıcının saklama politikasına tabidir.

Satın almalar
iOS'ta isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik “Reklamları kaldır” ödemesini Apple işler. Oyun, satın alma hakkını doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek için StoreKit kullanır. Ödeme kartı bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. Apple, satın alma kayıtlarını kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında saklar. Satın almayı geri yüklemek, silinen oyun kaydını geri getirmez.
Destek ve bu site
E-posta gönderirsen adresini ve paylaştığın bilgileri alır, isteğine yanıt vermek için kullanırız. Parola, ödeme bilgileri veya başka hassas bilgiler gönderme. Destek yazışmalarını talebi çözmek, takip etmek ve geçerli yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli olduğu sürece tutarız.
Bu statik sitede analiz betiği, reklam veya form bulunmaz. Siteyi barındıran Cloudflare, IP adresi ve güvenlik kayıtları gibi bağlantı bilgilerini Cloudflare Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında işleyebilir.
